@latitude_fs For over 7+ months I’ve been unable to connect my card to the app to view transactions. Support has raised IT tickets but advised it’s an “ongoing issue” with no resolution. This impacts my ability to monitor charges. Please escalate or provide a formal remedy.

What it is with @latitude_fs sending out offers for balance transfers, but then when you sign up, your account shows higher fees and shorter terms??? And the balance transfer code they send by email is NOT valid? Can you look at this @AFCA_org_au
