My daughter asked me today if I had any recordings of my gymnastics practice or competitions from back when I did gymnastics, and obviously I did. So we sat down and watched a good hour of footage. Got that felt so good. It made me wanna get even more healthy….

Kiddos go back to school tomorrow and I’m one sad mama. They are starting a whole new school which is scary yet exciting. It’s a magnet school. Which is exactly what my kiddos need!
