@HeatherCato A4. Alignment takes many networks working together including teacher buy in on the system. Biggest challenge is there must be trust and belief that all stakeholders are working toward the same end goal. Student achievement! #LitLearnLead

@HeatherCato A3: A public school literacy leader should have the ability to establish a collaborated effort toward growing the achievement for all students by fostering a balance between curriculum, teacher pedagogy, and student centered learning. #LitlearnLead

@HeatherCato A4: Literacy/reading specialist has evolved to more than an extension of admin. to a highly knowledgeable partner for the educational journey of students by establishing individual plans based on collaboration, instruction, and data analysis. #LitLearnLead

@HeatherCato A2: Trust must be earned through what I refer to as an emotional bank account. When you invest in an individual by establishing a relationship you are then able to make a withdrawal when you need their support. #LitLearnLead
