@greateranglia please can you add back some trains to and from Norwich that stop at shenfield directly. It’s so annoying for anyone that connects here that they first need to connect in Chelmsford. There always used to be a direct train.

Last week, we took our 6-year-old son, River, to the Clarks Village outlet store in Street to get him fitted for school shoes. Since River is autistic, he finds it really tough to handle crowds, long lines, and noisy places. The store was packed! I knew he wouldn’t manage well in that environment, so I shared our situation with a staff member. Aaran quickly stepped in and led us away from the noise and crowds to a staff room, putting a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. He showed so much patience with River, who was feeling anxious, and brought out a bunch of different shoes for him to try on. We left with a fantastic pair of shoes, a very happy boy, and Aaran even gave us the store number and offered to set up an appointment for us before the store opens to keep it quiet. @LauraClarkLD @kerrybuist I’m currently under care of gastroenterologist, rheumatologist, neurologist , colorectal surgeon and waiting for appointments with dermatologist and cardiologist. None of whom talk to each other, all of whom say in first appointment “this is obv a dodgy immune system”

@kerrybuist @MaryRegW It’s infuriating isn’t it. I think there’s a better way forward with approach to autoimmune thyroid disease and generally anything autoimmune.

@LauraClarkLD Hi Laura, apologies for the disrupted journey. This is due to a speed restriction over a defective track at Ilford, trains have to run at a reduced speed on some of the lines.- Keira

@greateranglia I got the 18.20 train to witham with a view to getting off at shenfield. I want to go to Billericay but that train was cancelled. However the 18.38 from London to Southend just overtook this train??!! Why!!!!! Why are we crawling along…??
