I was privileged to attend our level 2 and 3 NCFE CACHE graduation today. Early years practitioners are enormously undervalued- the importance of a brilliant start to education really matters. Proud of our graduating students- the profession is richer for you entering it.

This is me at 10 yrs old just a few days after losing my dad to leukaemia. Holding my very first trophy for a 9m throw in rounders. I didn’t know it then, but that small win on a very tough day sparked something in me. It gave me purpose, direction, and a lifelong love for sport

5 years ago I cried A LOT when my amazing Yr 13 class brought me this. My Covid students have achieved exceptional things, one recently visited from Germany to tell me that she's on track to become a brain surgeon and I love that one is now a Maths teacher with @CeltAcademies ❤️
