Nothing but lies and ripping people off before Christmas.
The same has happened with my Mum who ordered from @houseoffraser. They’re all under Mike Ashley’s Fraser group.
He needs shutting down!

Spoken to chat bots and have received load of rubbish in reply. Latest say I WILL receive my order but who knows when. Definitely not in time for Christmas.
I ordered in the early Black Friday sales in November. Absolutely shocking from Studio.

@studio_co_uk @BBCWatchdog The QUEUE of complaints about the same issue? That’s not something you should be proud of or advertising.
Thousands of customers complaining about the same issues and you are doing nothing to rectify it.

Why should she spend another week worrying about her money and sending you numerous conversations to be told the same thing…nothing?!

@houseoffraser @BBCWatchdog The issue is not who is raising the query, it is an issue with @houseoffraser being unable to provide customers with answers on the whereabouts of their orders.
Please explain what is going on as I can see I am not the only person raising this as an issue…

@houseoffraser @BBCWatchdog My mum has tried to get an answer through chat bot several times herself and the email came from her. Still no answers.
She does not use social media and it is therefore left to me to raise issues in this way.

@houseoffraser You have taken nearly £300 from my Mums account with no indication of when her product will arrive. The delivery date has been & gone, I keep getting ‘we’re looking into it’ from your chat bot & nobody has responded to our email. Appalling customer service.

@OpenreachHelp We have been communicating with our provider & they escalated the process as soon as the 1st date was cancelled. Since then Openreach are the ones failing to commit dates & are not giving explanations as to why they are cancelling. This is on Openreach, not our provider.
