I don't talk about it often but separate of my day gig, I'm usually carrying upwards of 3-4 side projects/contracts at any given moment. More so to offset rising costs related to my mother's needs/care. Blessed but TIRED. It's giving -- no one talk to me in December.

Guilt: I fucked up. Shame: I’m fucked up. Reassurance: We all fuck up sometimes. Reframe: Fuckups are an opportunity to improve. Dialectic: I fucked up and I’m still learning. Empowerment: When I fuck up there’s ways I can respond. Accountability: I’m sorting out my fuckup.
