@LauraMaye64 He told me that he'd move his car if it was blocking my way. I told him I would have recently (myself and my dog had to go on the road in the dark to go around his car as no dropped curb on other side), but I couldn't get down his drive in my wheelchair & I'm not able to walk 🤦

Today this neighbour was entirely blocking the pavement jump starting their car. He sincerely apologised. I said not a problem, but can he not park on the pavement generally. It makes it difficult for me to walk my dog. His response: "I'll do what I want outside my house" 🤬

That was followed by an easy 3km at 6:02 /km. total: 13km run to end week 10🏃‍♀️

I then participated in the fun Tramore Valley Parkrun, where I did a hard 5km in 22:40 (pace 4:32 /km). I came in 26th place, and 2nd female!

🏃‍♀️ to start, I did an easy paced 5km run at 6:02 /km.
