Today is “I Read Canadian” day, but since I teach music, we did “I Sing Canadian” day. We learned about different Canadian artists and songwriters.

I had two Grade 3 Ss create slideshows to teach their peers about Diwali. How neat to learn from the experts in our class! Happy Diwali @SACTVDSB

A student requested to do the Turkey Tango on the first day of school and this week was finally the week to do it! He was so excited! Thanks for these gems @MusicplayTV

Ss LOVED creating rhythmic and melodic ostinatos on @incredibox_ today!

Grade 2s used hearts to represent the beat and popsicle sticks to represent the rhythm in the poem Apple, Apple.
