Anyone else having issues reviving 2FA security texts on the @manxtelecom network? Been going on for months for me and can no longer access banking, PayPal etc..

@ChristyDH @SureIOM @manxtelecom Mine has never been great but just put it down to being in Douglas and eve/ weekend congestion - but last few months is has reached a new low. So irritiating when you need to get work done in the evenings! Hopefully fibre will be the solution 🙌🏼

@Laura_Gill @SureIOM I’ve had same for ages, on and off for couple years but really bad past month - 2.55Mbps at wkend 😫 spoke to @manxtelecom about it today. Essentially nothing to be done, apart from tweaking router and hoping for best (or waiting for fibre) 😳

@scalesjason @SureIOM Already moved my mobile contract due to patchy internet, home won’t be far behind, sadly. It’s impossible to get any work done.

@Laura_Gill @SureIOM 113ms ping is abysmal Laura. Problem with Sure on IOM I find is that they send all their network from IOM via UK to Guernsey and - in this instance - back to UK. Good job we have a national broadband strategy, right? Moved from Sure to MT and don't regret it one bit.
