I'm very much enjoying this conference online today after being too unwell with to attend in person. So sad not to be there, but so grateful to be able to experience it in some form!

Phd viva passed with no corrections! You can call me Dr Watson 🎉 I'm in shock. My viva was beyond anything I could imagine. Thank you Tom Lawson and @eternalunlearn for your rigorous yet kind examination. And of course to my incredible supervisors Marie Morgan and Wayne Veck.

I celebrated turning 40 this month. A new decade always brings reflection, but I’m genuinely looking forward to this one. I’m heading into my first summer break with a secure permanent employment contract (finally!), which was such an immense achievement in the current HE climate

Had a great weekend at the @PhilOfEdGB Annual Conference. Thank you so much to all those who came along to view @dramaindocs and my poster and ask questions. Great to see old friends and to make new ones too!

Very much looking forward to presenting with @dramaindocs our poster about challenges to education in Holocaust tourism, "Disneyization" and an Arendtian philosophy of thinking.
