So my wife asked me why I didn’t buy the new Resident Evil game. I told her I’m doing a backlog year and not buying any games in 2026. Later she mentions she heard it’s actually really good… Then I come home today and this is sitting here.

@GamewithDave Then they make you pay to remove ads from said subscriptions. Then make you buy extra subscriptions within that because not all media is available.

They removed CD/DVD drives from devices. They made physical media harder to buy and use. They removed expandable storage from phones. They pushed us into streaming subscriptions. They made always-online normal. They made unlimited internet necessary. Then slowly raised the price of everything. Ownership quietly became renting.

Just rolled credits on Octopath Traveler 0 after about 180 hours and I adore the game. While it wasn’t perfect & there was faults here & there I really had an amazing time with everything the game had to offer. I’d happily recommend this game to everyone who loves JRPG’s. 🥰🙌🏻

@Grey_Boss I'm still going to play through 9 even though I know I'd never get that trophy. Such a lovely game. I don't have a Pc either, and I'd not like to cheat anyways.

@Lauranthala No, it's impossible for me to do. Everyone that i know that has it cheated by using a weird technique with their PC. I don't have a PC or anything.

@Grey_Boss The chocobo race definatley gave me some trauma. The lightning wasn't too bad, just took ages. I'm so pleased I went back to get this one done though. Love Final Fantasy ❤

@Lauranthala This was a pain in the arse because of the chocobo time race. And the lightning dodging was annoying, too. I got this one a while back & I know the pain for the platinum...lol. congratulations, you definitely earned it for this!.
