@GreatWolfLodge read the various Deceptive Consumer Practices Acts in the states you do business in. Advertising that a room with 4 beds includes “4 water park passes worth $320 for two days” and then charging add’l occupancy fees for over 2 guests is inherently deceptive.

I don’t think this witness hurt or helped the prosecution. He admitted that street dealers intentionally made the fentanyl pills look exactly like the 30 oxycodone. He testified he only got his supply from legitimate prescriptions, but I doubt he went to the pharmacy and picked up the script himself. The truth is he has no way of verifying whether he was selling fentanyl. The point is that Kouri needed something to poison Eric. It happens to be that he died of fentanyl, but she could’ve just as easily poisoned him with a heavy dose of another opioid and achieved the same result. #KouriRichins #KouriRichinsTrial
