Here's a simple solution
When the game updates the game server on progression, any account with an XP gain over a certain threshold is automatically temporarily suspended until further investigation
I'm sure an automatic suspension would prevent people from trying this.

This is just straight up corruption. It’s a standard 1 match ban in the World Cup for a straight red card, and they reserve the right to impose harsher sanctions where necessary.
