Today, one of our freshman took on the 800/1600 at the @IchabodXCTF HS indoor meet. Murphy ended with all-time PRs in both events! He, along with the rest of the distance crew, is looking to return where they left off in ‘25 and help @LHSTrackField make some magic in 2026! 🦁💪

What a great opportunity for this young lady! There have been ups, downs, and all arounds; she wasn’t sure she’d like to continue running in college. But look at this!! We are so proud of her and all she has accomplished. She will be a great addition to Rockhurst XC/TF! 🦁💪

This group. Last night, we put the last period in the 2025 chapter of LHS XC. The season had it’s highs and lows. Hosted Regionals. Raced Roy Griak. Volunteered more. Qualified 2 to State. And had all but one kid finish the season (moved). We are ready and excited for 2026! 🦁💪

It was a busy week last week! HOCO, the Seaman Invite. But what a great way to ring in October and the 2nd half of the season! Fun times at the HOCO parade, passing out candy and decorating and at the Seaman Invite! 1st VB, 2nd JVB, 3rd VG, & 1st JVG! 15 medalists! #chestyculture

Great experience at the Roy Griak Invite! While the course was tough & saturated from heavy rain, the teams competed admirably. Two Top-20 finishers! The girls pulled out 26th place in the Maroon race and the boys finished in 9th in the Gopher race. Great things to come! 💪🦁
