@AnastasiaChri @airfrance I’m on day 7 and thought it was unfortunate, many people have been waiting way longer. Air France should be ashamed of themselves, and I will never fly AF again. Customer Service is TERRIBLE, and they should at least make some kind of statement to let everyone know 🤦🏻‍♂️

Hi @airfrance , I just wanted to say that you’re the worst. It’s been 3 days now without luggage in literally the other side of the world. No apologies or explanations. So disrespectful and disappointing. Worst customer service ever.
