@LacrosseGameday The unfortunate reality is that the coaches already feel validated by their commitment to the game by leading these programs. They believe they’re at their capacity of what they should be doing to grow the game and solely focus on the development of their own brand / program.

@LaxChirper Correct. We need coaches who can make some sacrifice to grow the game and grow their teams brand by making prime time games happen.

The difference in the way people talk about Ohio State's schedule & Duke's schedule is hilarious. If you think Duke's schedule sucks, cool. But then so does OSU's. But one is talked about as a conference champion/potential Final 4 team, the other is called a joke.

A lot of people talking about Maryland's defense and goaltending being the problem. I see it as an offensive problem. They have no real "guy" and seem stuck running their vanilla pairs O with a lot of dummy movement. They need a guy to step up and put that group on his back.

Lost to an unranked team cuz one side believed in their coach. The other didn’t. It’s always about the Tillman Terps for him

@terpman878 @upstreamlax You’re right what he did worked well when he could exploit the rules. Now you’ll start to see his formula isn’t curated for today’s game and he will get left behind, because of who he is. Nobody likes the guy, no longer gets premier recruits (especially offense) & it’s showing

@LaxChirper @upstreamlax All jokes aside, early in his tenure, he used the rules to his advantage. Part of the job as a coach. Get the most out of your team to win. He could just say “go have fun, if we lose…whatever”. That’s not him. But what he does works REALLY well. You don’t have to like it
