Yesterday was such a sad shift. A day I’ll remember for a very long time. Something I’ll be thinking about over the next coming days for sure. Some jobs will always stick with you… What a rollercoaster of a day🥹

My consultant said my catheter could come out today, I informed him it’s already out and I did it my self. Just shook his head and looked incredibly disappointed😂

I have finally accepted that I’m never going to find my stethoscope that I foolishly lent to the trauma SHO at a trauma call last month. I have ordered a new one. My third. I lost my first in exactly the same way, at a trauma call. That doctor emigrated to Germany the next week.
