hello @OPay_NG , i want to report a fraudulent transaction that took place on wednesday, thursday and friday, wherein one of your users with account number: 9040904082 and name OLUWATOMISIN TIMOTHY TANIMOWO; withdrew money from two different bank accounts of my sibling with all the amount totalling to 611,200. your user initiated these transactions at a POS spot and from my siblings phone, sending the money to other people so it couldn’t be easily traced while also disabling the debit alerts. thankfully, we found an account number from a transaction he initiated after going to the bank. i reached out to the person who then told me your user was the one who transferred some amount of the money to him and he had sent it out back, leading us to know his account details and full name. i would like to request for his account to be blocked with immediate effect and i would be attaching a police report for this asap. attached are also the debit alerts.
