After evaluating current market conditions, public-sale participation, and overall ecosystem activity, we made a deliberate decision to delay TGE rather than proceed with a launch that would rely on short-term incentives or result in sub-optimal liquidity and price discovery. Operational readiness doesn’t always mean optimal launch conditions, especially when long-term sustainability is the priority. Public Sale The public sale is now closed, and full refunds have been issued to all contributors. We believe this is the most responsible approach to maintain trust and avoid unnecessary uncertainty while timelines are being refined. What remains unchanged Airdrops and community rewards remain a core part of the launch plan. The schedule is shifting, not disappearing. Our objective remains the same: align protocol growth, liquidity depth, and user incentives so $ULAB launches into a healthier post-TGE market with stronger long-term holder alignment. There are no changes to protocol security, audits, or partner commitments. What’s next This is a short, intentional delay—not an open-ended pause.
