[Update on Hyperithm Midas Vaults] The Hyperithm Midas vaults — mHYPER, mHyperBTC, and mXRP — have no exposure to rsETH. All issuance and redemption functionalities for these vaults have now been fully resumed in accordance with standard operating procedures. Instant redemptions are also enabled, and we plan to gradually increase the available capacity to ensure smooth liquidity rebalancing. Regarding mHyperETH, due to its exposure to the rsETH incident, the vault will remain restricted, with issuance and redemption functionalities paused until the next NAV update is completed. We will continue to provide updates as more clarity becomes available.

Update on mHyperETH: Net exposure to rsETH is $3.5M, split between $1.5M on Mantle and $2.0M on Ethereum mainnet. mHyperETH was not explicitly referenced in the previous update as we wanted to wait for clarity from Aave and KelpDAO on the recovery plan before sharing a detailed breakdown. Strategist seed capital accounts for the majority of the $11.5M AUM, and we are in close contact with external LPs. More details will follow as Aave and KelpDAO confirm their next steps.

All Hyperithm flagship vaults (aHYPER, mHYPER, mHyperBTC) and curated stablecoin lending vaults have no direct exposure to the rsETH exploit. Monitoring continues on second-order effects across portfolio positions, with updates to follow as the situation evolves.

Benchmark Update for USDe and mHYPER Markets Strata is updating the benchmark for srUSDe and srmHYPER with immediate effect. The new benchmark will reflect the pre-stress supply-weighted average of USDC/USDT lending rates on @aave V3 Core market.

As a precautionary measure in response to the ongoing KelpDAO / rsETH incident, Midas has paused all mToken minting and redemptions. Midas smart contracts are unaffected. We are monitoring the situation and will share updates on our official channels as they develop.
