@Layla_Begum_Ali Saudi Arabia does great work for Hajj/Umrah pilgrims. But a few bad actors disillusion people, thinking no one listens.
Still, if you could share links or contacts where reports are filed, tracked, heard, and feedback given—to fight scams and ease stress!

We paid for services that were not provided correctly by this company
Breached the contract and misrepresented service
Staff used misleading languages and false guarantees.
The hotel room booking for PullmanZamZam was void

The ticket entrance with luggage & no help from your staff was awful as I had elderly, pregnant woman & children with me.

I had a quad bed for Umrah from 25.12.25 to 31.12.25 Room 239.
The bathroom was dirty.
Hot water didn’t run properly.
Fridge made noise all the time.
Cleaning staff had expectations for tips to do their job despite doing it poorly. Repeated ask them for towels

I found it hard to understand your female workers at Riyadh Airport who wore masks/niqabs.
Not sure the purpose, as it definately doesnt support people who are deaf, need to lip read or understanding accents.
Definately not #Disability friendly or welcoming!
