I help fence companies add 10-20+ installs/month. Built the system behind $50M+ in contractor revenue. Only 1 company per market. Sharing the playbook.

One of our fence clients went from $300K to $1M+ in revenue. They didn’t hire more salespeople. They didn’t buy a new CRM. They installed a system that puts 5-7 qualified estimates on the calendar every single day. If you’re a fence company owner doing under $1M. your area might still be open.

"Busiest we've been in 29+ years." That's a direct quote from one of our fence clients. 29 years in business. Thought they'd seen it all. Thought their market was tapped out. Turns out they weren't tapped out — they were just invisible to the homeowners who were actively searching for a fence company. We fixed the visibility. They did the rest. If a fence company that's been around for 3 decades can find a new gear, so can yours. See if your area is open → link in bio.

Imagine spending $3,000/month on Google Ads And your website has a stock photo of a fence you didn't build And a paragraph that says "family owned and committed to quality" And a contact form that goes to an email you check on Thursdays Delete all of that. Put your phone number at the top. Make it clickable. Add 20 real photos. Done.

I'm 24. At 12, I was Googling "how to afford a Lamborghini." At 14, I was reselling Yeezys on StockX. At 18, I lost everything on fidget spinners. At 20, I failed at dropshipping. At 21, I scaled 2 stores to $1M+ in revenue. Then iOS 14 killed both overnight. At 22, I was broke again, booking calls I was too scared to take. At 23, I made my first $20K from an email marketing agency. Now we're on pace for $500k/month. Nothing happens... until everything happens.

@LayomiDD Missing address is brutal but tbh half the profile matters too, photos, keywords, descriptions. I've had good luck with TryNinja catching all the gaps at once instead of fixing things one by one.

Your Google Business Profile doesn't have your address on it? You're invisible on the map pack When someone searches "fence company near me" Google shows 3 businesses on the map. THREE. If your address isn't verified you are not one of them You literally do not exist to that homeowner

30 fence quotes in the first 30 days. That's what happened when a fence company plugged into our system. Not 30 "leads" sitting in a spreadsheet. 30 actual homeowners with quotes out, ready to say yes. Most fence companies would kill for 30 quotes in a quarter. This happened in a month. Same owner. Same crews. Same market. Different system. We only take 1 fence company per area. See if yours is available → link in bio.

The #1 reason contractors plateau at $500K-$1M 🧵 It's not leads. It's not crews. It's not pricing. It's that the owner is still the bottleneck on every single estimate. Here's what I see over and over: → Owner runs the ads (or pays someone to) → Leads come in → Owner answers the phone between jobs → Misses half the calls → Calls back 4 hours later → Homeowner already booked someone else The fix isn't "more leads." The fix is a system that: • Responds to every lead in under 60 seconds (automated) • Qualifies them before they hit your calendar (so you're not driving 45 min for a $800 job) • Books the estimate automatically • Follows up 5+ times if they don't book I've watched companies go from $300K to $1M+ just by fixing the speed-to-lead problem. You don't have a lead problem. You have a speed problem.

A Contractor came to us doing 1-2 estimates per day. Within a few months: 5-7+ qualified estimates hitting the calendar daily. Not "leads." Not "form fills." Not "clicks." Actual homeowners who need a fence, can afford a fence, and are ready to book. That's the difference between a lead gen company and a system that's built specifically for fence contractors. We only work with 1 fence company per area. Check if yours is open → link in bio.

You're spending $3K a month on ads trying to find new customers. Meanwhile you've got 400 past customers sitting in a spreadsheet you haven't looked at in 2 years. Every single one of those people already trusted you enough to hand you money. They know your name. They saved your number. They let you into their house. And you're out here chasing strangers on Google. Smartst operator I know sends one text every quarter: "Hey [name], it's [company]. We're booking [seasonal service] in your area this week — want me to lock you in before we fill up?" Last time he sent it 47 jobs booked over the weekend. Zero ad spend. Zero landing pages. Just a text to people who already said yes once. Your best leads aren't on Google. They already hired you. Stop ignoring them.

Contractor told us "word of mouth is all I need" He's doing $400K Cool Word of mouth has a ceiling. You're standing on it. Past $1M you need PPC. Not optional. Math.

Every fence contractor is running the same playbook right now: "Free estimates!" "Call us today!" "Family owned since 2004!" None of that tells a homeowner why they should pick YOU over the 6 other fence companies in their area. Here's what actually works in fence ads right now: - Lead with the problem, not the service. "Tired of your neighbor's dog getting into your yard?" beats "We install vinyl fencing" every single time. - Show the finished product in the ad image, not your logo, not your truck, not clip art of a fence. Real photos from real jobs you completed. - Give them a reason to act NOW. "We have 3 install slots open for April" creates urgency that "call for a free quote" never will. The fence companies winning right now aren't better at building fences. They're better at making homeowners feel stupid for waiting.

I have spent over $20m on @Meta ads. Had my profile since 2013. Never had any ads rejected. Never used my profile for anything but ads manager. Then wake up permanently banned with no email, no appeal, no reason. I need help getting my profile back.

In line at the bank and guy in front turns around, looks at me, and says “Mike Alfred”. He looks at me like I should know him but I don’t. He says “from X” and I say “okay yeah”. Shows me his phone. Screenshot of a $780,000 brokerage acct balance. He says “we should go soon” 🤣🚀

One of our fence clients went from $500K to $1.7 Million in a year. He didn't open a second location. He didn't start doing decks and patios. He didn't hire a marketing team. He installed a system that fills his calendar with 5-7 qualified estimates every single day. Same crews. Same service area. 3x the revenue. If you're a fence company owner doing under $2M, your area might still be open. Link in bio.
