This is really good - when u are in a position of leadership: Coach, QB, CEO, etc… don’t look at ppl as a means to advance your position/standing (by taking credit for what they do or cutting them down to make yourself look better), look at your position as a means of lifting up and advancing/growing others!! That’s what true leadership does… advancement for you will come by your positive impact on others!!
