@LazyClipper You can try to substitute the flour/panko for (potato, corn, tapioca) starch, and if you mix the starch a little bit to turn it into a slurry, it's a bit of a substitute for eggs (lacks the richness of the yolk tho) too. Haven't tried it out myself yet to compare
