精米歩合は最低60%のようですが吟醸作りではないのか、吟醸とは呼ばずに特別という特定名称が付いています。最近はこういったお酒を楽しんでいます。

According to the brewery’s website, the rice was milled down to at least 60%. I’m guessing they called it tokubetsu instead of ginjo because it wasn’t made using the ginjo brewing style. Lately, I’ve been really into this type of sake. 和文はコメント欄で

I didn’t have much expectation for a sake sold in a cup like this and was taken by surprise. For a futsu-shu, which is not specially designated category, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would 普通酒にしては驚くほど楽しめた日本酒。こだわりの山田錦から作られたと聞きました
