Tomorrow The Forbidden Completion goes live. I started writing in January 2025. By April I knew I wanted to publish it for real. Not just for our community. For anyone who might connect with the story. 120,000 words later, here we are. It's strange putting something this personal into the world. A year of my life. Characters I've carried since high school. Hopefully it finds its people. Tomorrow.

I spent 20+ years in corporate leadership before jumping into web3. I assumed my experience would be recognized. That building something with real business fundamentals would stand out. It didn't work that way.

The Bulls & Apes Universe has 8 cities. Each one different. Citadel Prime - corporate towers and working-class grit. Ambition is the currency. Ashara - forged in volcanic heat. Weakness burns away. Netherspire - information is currency, secrets are power. The main character, Braudis Frano, travels through all of them. Each one changes him. I spent a year building this world. I pushed myself way outside my comfort zone building BAP. Video content. Twitter spaces. Trying to get called on stage. All the stuff the entrepreneurial gurus say to do. Some of it helped. Most of it didn't move the needle. Here's what I wish I'd done differently: spent less time on visibility tactics and more time on business fundamentals and the people already paying attention. I focused on my weaknesses instead of leaning into my strengths.
