Radio and TV host Billy Bush was on his way to interview Spencer Pratt when his car got a flat tire on a rundown city street in LA:
"This is my fourth destroyed tire since November. FOURTH because the city streets and highways of Los Angeles are in disrepair! It's a dilapidated city! Karen Bass, your timing could not be worse," Bush lamented as he hopped into his producer's car, who could be heard saying, "How many times have we done this?!"
"I'm sorta feeling like 'saca la Bass-ura' has never been stronger or more top of mind for me," Bush added. The phrase is a play on the Spanish "saca la basura" ("take out the trash"), with "Bass-ura" cleverly swapping in current LA Mayor Karen Bass's name.
"What's the definition of insanity, LA? Do the same thing over and over again and hope for a different outcome? C'mon," he said, clearly cautioning against another term for Bass as he ended the video.
Bush did make it to the interview.
