Now #Bexley’s Labour Cllrs & Members fully back the Labour Mayor’s daily £12.50 #ULEZ car tax. We don’t and nor do Bexley residents. We’ve campaigned against it, just as we campaigned against their planned Border Tax. And we’ll campaign with @Councillorsuzie to axe it next year.

Not good enough. Lewisham residents shouldn’t have to wait until a date some time in the future to get the full time representation they are paying £80k per year for. He needs to resign, now.

With a population of 300,000 people - a full-time Mayor is needed, not one who is campaigning for his next job in Bristol.

Correction… now time for a mayoral election in Lewisham so residents get a mayor fighting for them, not a community 120 miles away. A mayor is a full time role with a full time salary.
