To me the clear answer to guarding SGA is Vando but i know JJ will NEVER go with this so i dont even mention it. In years past Vando gave SGA problems but he hasnt played such a big defensive role on this team since JJ got here. JJ just doesnt trust him like Ham did

This is what I was saying about Deandre Ayton the whole off season. He’s not the Lakers center of the future, he’s a stop gap center. LA needs a real anchor and rebounding monster at the 5. They don’t need someone who is going to shoot hook shots over guards on a mismatch.
