@Prolotario1 Gave up alarms a couple decades ago. I tell myself before bed when I want to get up and I do, usually on the dot (i.e.; 5:20am). Strange how that works. The trick is when you wake up, get out of bed.

I never used an alarm clock in my life. Once you get into the habit of relying on something or someone to wake you up you give it all the power to choose when that is. My mother, father, sister, from when I was living with them didn't use an alarm clock. I suppose because nobody liked hearing that shit early in the morning. 😄
