@MakeAWishCNFL Getting to talk to our US astronauts (Nichole Ayer’s, Johnny Kim, Takuya Onishi, and Anne McClain) on the ISS was definitely a highlight of Tommy’s Make-A-Wish to the Johnson Space Center. So grateful to Julie Johnson, Frances Delgado to make this happen!

What I learned this month? IM dexmedetomidine 1.5mcg/kg for sedation is quite potent. Onset time roughly 35 minutes. Wait it out! It’s not quite IM ketamine but it did the job . . . Very very well.
