@poetrybyhaley @SteveCicirelli This doesn't seem like a "personal" rejection. It's a template, but it definitely shows that they liked the work and want to see more.

@SteveCicirelli I’ve been told by editor friends this is what they call a personal rejection and it’s a terrific sign and genuine encouragement. Although, sometimes I doubt this because for several months all I got were these and even when I resubmitted to the same publications I’d get another..

I think this is sincere, right?
