It’s important to be active online. Because when people check your email they are going to do their own due diligence. It’s not hard to setup a quick landing page. Or Record a short VSL. Or Post a few Tweets. So just get it done and stop being lazy.

Bro, stop being a bitch in your emails. Don’t say; “Sorry to disrupt you” “If it’s okay” “I wouldn’t want to take your time” This is a one way ticket to getting aired. If you’re gonna do it, do it with chest. Biz owners will respect it more.

One thing I hate seeing in cold emails is walls of text. Nobody has the time to read a books worth of writing when they check their email. Keep it short and simple.

All you have to do to beat the comp Is turn up every single day. Never stop testing. Never stop sending DMs. Never stop posting content. By doing this you instantly beat 90% of people.

Sending your calendar rarely works. Instead, book the call directly yourself. Then say; "Just booked in for X time” Guarantee your booking rate goes up.

I see gurus teaching new agency owners how to outsource delivery, like WTF?! You better deliver manually until you can't. Always learn how to do it yourself first. Don't be a lazy mf. That's literally how all agencies fail.

Man, you only need to take care of 3 tasks in order to make money: 1- Generate leads 2- Convert leads into customers (sales calls) 3- Service delivery These are your top 3 priorities. Send emails/dms -> Close deals -> Fulfillment Everything else is a distraction.
