LOL WHAT, I’ve been extending my regular residence permit and all this time I’ve apparently been in the process of getting a permanent residence permit which I received today 😂 and I had no idea?? 😭 I don’t understand but I won’t ask questions !

I know it’s hardly a priority for the world right now but I so wish that more people would recognise the stress implications of bad UX 😭. I see people slipping on digital banana skins and they just think, “oh I should have paid more attention to the floor, my fault!” NO MATE
