After school today staff and students were treated to plant-based cooking classes organized by IB students Nicolas and Matthew. So delicious! Thanks to Mr Youssef for his expertise and Sunset Farms for the fresh local veggies! 🥗

At lunch today these students showed their litterless lunches to earn ballots for our Earth Week prizes. Way to reduce, Lions!
