I learn without the effort. Is that Lean or lazy? Oh, I also pay attention to why I am in the room.

@UoL_CI @STjeldnes @SteveYorkstone @Fac_Stories @Harald_R_Lind @flindrup Silence. Scary. As facilitator I’m thinking, ‘Have I lost them?’, 'Were they with me earlier?'. Worst of all, ‘What did I say?’, was I on autopilot, saying something confusing? When in the team, asking the first question, e.g., seeking clarification on a point, breaks the ice.
