@ginangmars @tessgarcia Korek, di naman misdirected yung point nung iba kasi they observed it first hand. Personally, I know 5 na hinde tama ang pagkagamit sa 4P’s nila. Meron na nagsusugal, meron din nagsanla ng atm or nangutang ng 5/6. I have yet to see success stories ng 4Ps. 😭

The 4Ps is a conditional cash transfer prgm designed to invest in HUMAN CAPITAL (health & educ). If the FISH are the cash grants, & the FISHING is the rqmts to keep children in school & healthy, isn't the prgm already designed to prepare the next gen to FISH for themselves?

What if yung cash na pinoprovide sa 4Ps is gawing grocery voucher nalang or something na magagamit talaga nila for the right purpose. Idk. Yung iba kasing mga 4Ps member pinangsusugal or ginagamit lang sa bisyo nila.
