@Leaph77 Uh yeah. I am not against that notion.
Just I was against the notion that "That's adorable" was a form of irony/sarcasm when the text doesn't really support it
and that Sonic as a character can be sincere but also have his fair share of snarky/sarcastic/ironic commentaries

Just as a note: I don't doubt that Sonic is a very sincere character. However, the character can and has used irony/sarcasm/snark to convey his ideas as well, even in the Japanese materials.

@ayyypepito @KingpinThawne Being somewhat indirect in meaning does not necessarily make it either of them, though. In this case it would be simply banter and being cheeky rather than sarcastic because the intent is not deliberarily hurt or attack Flash. Sonic can be sincere but also has used irony --
