@doomergrace It's alright. Ofc overweight, but if you stay relatively active, then it really shouldn't be a problem. Not to be weird, but I'm pretty sure you're BMI is lower than what's required to be allowed trans HRT here in denmark; and our guidelines are overly strict tbh.

@doomergrace @Beatami_ Yeah, I was mentioning it mostly to maintain weight while starting on hormones. It's also good to do for people worried about loosing weight, just diffrent exercises.

@doomergrace @Beatami_ If further weight gain is a serious concern, then losing some before starting HRT or increasing exercise while starting is usually better. Undereating is likely to negatively impact treatment regardless of someone's weight.

@doomergrace @Beatami_ Avoid weight loss diets while stating HRT unless it's with endocrinologist and dietician (working together) Idk how to properly expain in short, but food is like building blocks & hormones are the manual. Renovations require materials, no matter the size of the building.

I wasn't worried about because "Either I'm not dyslexic, or I am and have been dyslexic, and I will now be dyslex with help."

I have officially been diagnosed with Autism. I had an assessment a couple of weeks ago about it and got the confirmation today.
