That’s pretty much what it is atp, after that happens at AC I just have my head to someone else I’m really close with (who’s huge built wise) and walked around, even he was shocked by the amount of random people who just came up touching him and picking him up etc without asking even people I never saw before (granted I warned him that or worse would happen 😭)

You’re not bad for that. But in my mind it’s sad that it’s happened so much that you’ve become numb to it. That’s not a good look for these cons. You probably don’t need to hear it from me. But just be vigilant and keep yourself safe. Listen to your cheetah sense if it starts tingling and get out. I listen to my gut a lot to keep myself out of bad situations.

That absolutely fucked up. I’m sorry you deal with that. A lot of people have no class and self control. I’ve had my badge grabbed and pulled on by curious dads (FC 2026) which surprised the hell out of me. And been followed around by a problem attendee before. No SA on me yet. And I pray it doesn’t happen. Im of a personality where I’ll speak up right then and there or stop it physically (I’ve done this before with a moot at a con who needed some help) as to keep people from getting away with bad behavior. We need to have con panels on how to recognize and react to SA. How to speak up and have verbal and physic boundaries with people. As ive noticed a lot of people always have an excuse of “oh i don’t wanna create drama” or “im just trying to have fun without causing any issues” Like Dude!!! He just sexually assaulted you! Yell at the top of your lungs, “get the fuck off me creep” record him and contact con staff when you get a chance and report that person! Sorry for the rant…. I don’t like those who assault others at allllllll.
