#BREAKING | 🇮🇱 🇮🇷 — Israeli Airstrike Targets Iran's South Pars Gas Field
Reports indicate that the Israeli Air Force, in coordination with and approved by the United States, struck Iran's largest natural gas processing facility in the southwest, part of the South Pars gas field in the Asaluyeh area (Bushehr province).
Iranian state media (including Fars, IRNA, and state TV) confirm attacks on South Pars facilities and nearby oil/petrochemical sites, leading to several phases being taken offline. South Pars accounts for ~70-80% of Iran's natural gas production.
