Following a detailed audit of the electricity meter installation, consumption records, and billing history, the property was found to be fully compliant with municipal and regulatory requirements. No tampering, illegal connections, or irregularities were detected, and the customer’s municipal account was confirmed to be fully up to date with no outstanding arrears.
