In Evaton, recipients of the R350 social grant are pooling their money to run a bakery. The Isinkwa Sethu Investment Stokvel uses Sbusiso Ntsele’s Isicholo Investment Stokvel model, which uses funds to cover equipment, ingredients, and wages. Tricky one! Unfortunately, Legally, a stepmother holds the designation of a stepmother, distinct from that of a mother. A lawyer would advise him to disclose such, as those are currently the questions confronting Julius.
For instance, I'm being told, an insurance provider may decline coverage if the relationship is inaccurately represented as a mother rather than a stepmother, primarily due to variations in premiums associated with biological mothers.
Hence the "misleading" aspect as a plausible argument.
Culturally? Different story.

What is really puzzling about FOOD and basic agricultural products is that government is one of the biggest buyers through schools, hospitals, prisons and their food parcels through SASSA so Daybreak should not be in that position
