Already in my posts but I called the FBI and spoke with a female agent. I told her I was denied a promotion by a COMPANY and my union called me and told me to drop complaints against the company and they would then see what they cold do about my promotion. The agent asked who is the company? I said the Philadelphia Police Department and it involved the FOP Fraternal Order of Police and my earned promotion was to Detective. She responded .....OHHHH.... and hung up. I prepared an affidavit and sent it to the FBI and had supporting documented proof. Also posted undr my name. No response EVER. Thank you for asking. John.

Here is a FACT. Collectively Phil Carrol and the Philadelphia Police Department INTENTIONALLY exclude PO John Leca from being at the scene even though there were Police Radio logs that put me there. WHY? It is exactly as PO Jose Acevedo stated they were simply removing me because as Phil Carrol stated "No we don't want Leca here....." Robert Slaughter just selectively removed me also even though he had told them "Leca was there at the scene". After the Police involved called over Police radio to have a little "meet" on Leigh Ave BEFORE going to the Detectives to make up there story they developed a story and conspiracy for beating Becker and Susan Bowers. Once Police hit you unlawfully they MUST arrest you and charge you and continue the lies.

What is the medical term for a group of many Police Officers not seeing another Officer who may say something counter to a couple people's heads being opened up with a 5 cell flashlight? Conspiracy.
