🔥 AWAKEN THE VISION. BECOME A GUARDIAN OF LIGHT. 🔥 👉 YourCryptoLight.com 💡 Get mentored like in Crypto Trading/HODLing like Degen. Guardians of Light -- Lost in the chaos of memecoins and market manipulation, one reckless trader, Degen, hits rock bottom. But as he drowns in the digital abyss, a Viking priestess with a glowing staff pulls him onto her ship. She reveals the truth: Patience. Utility. Strategy. The path to real wealth isn’t gambling, it’s wisdom. Join Degen on his cyberpunk, blockchain journey through neon-lit trading hubs and shadowy market forces. He learns to master the game, resist the market maker’s tricks, and set his sights on true financial freedom. But the final lesson? Wealth isn’t just for hoarding. It’s for building. This music-infused parable isn’t just a story, it’s a blueprint. Will you keep chasing pumps, or will you see the light? 🌟 Narration Music by: Alexander Nakarada - CreatorChords.com

Akiya bank homes are truly that... however the places that get - 10 c here usually are not paper thin like they are here in Kyushu. Places in Aomori or Hokkaido are built differently to handle that a bit better. But yeah... coldest winter of my life when I first moved up to the mountains here in Fukuoka in late 2022.

@thealepalombo 10ft deep snow and - 10 Celsius in paper thin houses is not for the faint of heart. No real infrastructure in these villages/towns. Ghost towns with almost no neighbors etc.

Japan has 9 million abandoned houses. By 2038, it's projected to be 1 in 3. Many of these sell for near-zero prices. The government covers 30–75% of renovation costs. Japan also places no restrictions on foreign property ownership, identical rights to citizens. Only a very specific profile would consider this. But there’s a lot of similarity to Italy's €1 home schemes, which were dismissed as gimmicks and are now attracting serious buyers to villages across Sicily and Sardinia. Japan's abandoned house market is a real entry point for people willing to look past the obvious. In Kyushu, you can also find move-in ready houses for $15,000–20,000 in towns with hot springs, fresh seafood, and Shinkansen access. I will be exploring later this year personally, but quality of life in Japan looks to be incredibly high. Is this one of the most overlooked property plays in Asia right now?

Not without someone hiring you or you starting your own business. In which they just pushed the bar even higher to be able to do that... I know it took me 4 months this last renewal to get another year here. They made it even harder to just walk in. You can start applying for PR about 8 years in, and that's usually if you're either killing it with your business and/or you're a doctor or something. Otherwise you have to live here for 10 some years before they even consider it. You can come here and pick up a spouse pop off a kid, you can get it maybe in 3. Muzukashii bro.

@thealepalombo Sounds good when you only speak about price and don’t mention you can only spend 3 months at a time in Japan. What are you going to do with that property? Pay property tax

Move to a small community here, you'll probably feel the most connected you've ever felt in your life... depends on where you go. I lived in the city here and yeah, that's what you get there, but once you get into the rural areas of Japan. It's not anything like the city in those terms.

If you can get some basics down and be willing to say hi to the locals and usually come bearing gifts (not tissue paper! Don't do that! That's what locals do to each other) ...if you find out they like beer... drop em a few cans off in front of their house a couple times a year xD... but if someone bakes, share that. A little effort goes a long way, and the longer you're here the better your Japanese will get. If you say hermit on everyone, then you just become the weird gaijin.

Eh... I live literally live in the rural mountains... they have plenty of trash here smashed into peoples yards because it's expensive to throw many different things away. Sort of ghetto-ish at times up here. Sure doesn't look like Nigeria though at all. But not as clean as one might think. I LITERALLY have a huge old rug in my yard that's been buried up by dirt and grass for who knows how long. Everytime I got to dig things up I gotta rip up a huge chunk of rotting rug. No joke. Disgusting.

$VELO | @veloprotocol sitting at a level that has mattered every single time since 2022. $0.003000 - $0.003142. Tested. Held. Tested again. Held again. Price is back there now. RSI approaching oversold on the daily. Historically that's where VELO bounces from this zone. But the monthly MA is still pointing down. No confirmed reversal yet. Just a critical support test in real time. Hold it and the setup gets interesting. Lose it and the next floor is $0.002215. Watching closely. 👀 DYOR.

Yeah did the same last month actually... I do enjoy a good scare tactic video for 2 hours. Watching those people get nailed by cars over and over again... damn dude, it'll give ya PTSD just being in that class... probably for good reason, I've seen more people sprawled out in front of a car here than anywhere else I've been.

I sent a message to Aki. I'll let you know what he says... the guy is one of the most overworked dudes I probably know here. Super nice though. He is fluent in English, went to school in Canada for like 7 years or something like that. Weirdly enough, there are actually handful of people that are fluent up here... and I feel I almost need to shut the storm doors it's shaken these old windows something fierce... o_O woah.

I've yet to do any rice farming activities despite they are all around me xD... I'll reach out to Akihito and see when all that is happening. He has foreigners come in from all over the place to come do it with him. I'm not sure if it ever becomes full. But yeah the corn sounds awesome 😋 thanks! ...you guys getting blasted by crazy wind down the hill too? Shakin' the house here.

@LedgerLightXRP That's pretty cool, I might take you up on the offer just for the experience to say I did it once. I help on my wife's family rice farm and now have my own farm. You you want some American corn I'll hook you up around July 4th

Japan's convenience stores are on another level. 🍙 Fresh onigiri for $1.50 — restocked multiple times a day. 🥪 Chef-developed egg sandwiches for $2. 🍰 Desserts that taste like they came from a patisserie. $2.50. 🍗 Fried chicken at the counter that rivals any fast food chain. 🏪 Pay your bills, buy concert tickets, print documents, pick up packages. All in one store. 🚻 Bathrooms are free, clean, and always open. 📍 And there's one on literally every corner. What are convenience stores like in your country?

Oh man that reminds me, some private jet I think taking off from Saga crashed nearby here in Hoshino a few months ago. There were emergency vehicles coming up the main road here for hours. It was nuts. Did you see that on the news? I caught a glimpse of it a few days later after it happened.

Oh I love slurping of soba and ramen :D when I first came to Japan back in 2017 I had to go give it a go at a local ramen shop. And since then it's become the norm for us as well to do that. But yeah I think I have had some smaller udon noodles before and didn't really mind those. A Japanese friend made them one night. I said I'd eat it again. ^_^
