I believe this, but also it is difficult to accurately judge who is/isn't working class. I've met lots of artists who very forwardly perform a working class-ness and proudly define themselves as such, & in reality they have/had buckets of privilege and financial/social stability.

Honestly, if I had to sit through Les Mis, only for Just Stop Oil to barge on stage and disrupt the whole thing, that would make the entire evening immeasurably better and a lot more interesting, dramaturgically speaking.
