Regis took care of business in the 1st game of today’s doubleheader against Pueblo to get the 12-8 win. With the win and the CO Mines’ loss, Regis controls its own destiny in securing the 2nd seed in the RMAC tournament. All the Rangers need to do is win game 2 of the doubleheader. ⚾️ Garrett Rede had an amazing game at the plate, going 3 for 4 with 5 RBIs, 1 Run, & 2 Doubles. ⚾️ Peter Goldy and Tanner Rice were both great at the plate as they each went 2 for 4 with an RBI and a Run. Goldy hit a Double, and Rice hit a Triple. ⚾️ Clayton Conn and Levi Padilla also made significant contributions as they both went 2 for 4 with 2 Runs. Coyotes end the regular season 19-9; 2nd place in Marmonte League (10-5) Opening D1 playoff game will be Friday!

6 IP, 9 Ks and only 1 hit vs a strong lineup. I have it easy the rest of the week: get to watch @LeeAtkinson_24 and @ethangibbel17 do their things. Coyote bats have been hot: 28 runs in my 4 league starts vs good Marmonte pitchers making my job a lot easier. ⁦@CalabasasBB⁩
