The @pdfl committee and staff are not fit for purpose anymore. Make up the rules as they go along. They should Remember they serve the clubs not the other way round. Shambolic! @PTAlanSwann

A complete and utter lack of common sense shown by the PDFL! Anyone would think that they never make any mistakes? 🤔 Ruined the occasion for the players who’ve worked their socks off all season because of a stupid technicality.

@IanWalker93 @ljmorgs @PDFLUK There is so many changes that need to happen at the grassroots level to keep it alive. You have to wonder if it is the PDFL though or the FA that need to enforce change. I’d imagine 50-75% of decisions PDFL have to enforce because they’re told to do so by FA.

@LeeBarsby @ljmorgs @PDFLUK One of my players, signed (£10) played 45 minutes (£5) got punched in the face and received a red card for his troubles (he didn’t throw a punch) (£70) not played again since… one 45 minutes Sunday league game cost him £85 🤦🏻

@IanWalker93 @ljmorgs @PDFLUK Oh I couldn’t agree more. Been saying it for 5 years. Local football is massively on the decline, already dropped from 5 leagues to 4. Won’t be long till it’s exactly like you said. Who in their right mind would want to give up free time to deal with such shite every weekend

@LeeBarsby @ljmorgs @PDFLUK I also said this to someone earlier, if someone doesn’t get hold of the PDFL then it’ll end up like Sundays soon. People / Clubs can’t keep up with the fines and deductions put in place for genuine error.
