It’s National Bee Day and without them our crops would fail. Honey has been a natural sweetener for centuries to provide food and medicine. When @LouBaraDa and I bake in @RedrowHomes we often have a bee themed bakes as Redrow developments set aside bee and insect friendly land.

Today I posted my 1000th Instagram post , looking at the post brought back so many happy memories only one regret never meeting up with @teddyphotos1 . To be honest I have met thousands of other lovely folk so that has made the last 4 years a rollercoaster of a life thank you all

I haven’t had a haircut for 4 months and I have a hair appointment on 6th July but I don’t know whether to go short again or keep a longer length .Any thoughts @yoshibags @joelycett @selasigb
